I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Location: the property was near Maya shopping centre in 30 minutes over the highway, the common areas and an outlet. In the evening we went to Ruean Come In, located around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel.

Although the location was not within walking distance to various tourist attractions or a convenience store, Grab or Uber were convenient options for commutes.
